Summary / Abstract :

Pao Sam On [allegedly]entered the CIA and [On]hid in the revolution in 1970. [On]acted against the revolution in the Southwest and Northeast by building up CIA forces in the armed forces. [On]made peo ple afraid of going to the battle field. [On]shot [his]own hand in order to reduce the armed forces. [On]contacted and reported to enemy's soldiers and burn down people's houses. In 1976, [On]reported to Vietnam about the situation and the revolution's military positions so that Vietnam could capture the Northeast Zone. Then, [Pao Sam On]was arrested on 12 June 1977.
