In 1974, You Sareit [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant in Region 20. In 1976, [Sareit]joined the CIA and started to comduct actions against the revolution. [Sareit]then built up CIA force s in the units, inspired combatants to steal people's crops, destroy agricultural tools and to oppose the rice growing plan issued by Angkar, and used power to beat and badly treat people until arrest ed by Angkar.
