Touch Sart [allegedly]was an agent for bandits, who infiltrated Angkar's concentration camp in Region 13, Koh Andet, Takeo Province. At that time, [Sart]built up traitorous forces to oppose the Khmer Rouge. [Sart]also raised the matters of not having enough food to eat, no freedom, poor sanitation, and fake medical drugs, so that people felt dissatified with the Khmer Rouge.
