Summary / Abstract :

In 1978, Uk Samoeun allegedly joined the Free Khmer throug Khuon, the Free Khmer Chief, who assigned [Samoeun]to be a cadred with a role in "Raksmey Pardevat" newspaper, written in the Northern Zone. Then [Samoeun]conducted traitorous actions as ordered by Khuon, by educating cadres to be overjoyed, and pressuring cadres to spoil the party's policy. After the 1975 liberation day, {Samoeun]went to conduct action in the Ministry of Information in Phnom Penh, and later was transferred to work with Kuon and was assigned to eliminate anyone who knew of their betrayal plan and immorality. In 1976, [ Samoeun]was moved to be responsible for the Commercial Section and destroyed the export plan by mixing rocks with export products until arrested on 27 November, 1976.
