This document is about the activities of prisoners, former Vietnamese soldiers, who invaded Cambodia and who were arrested in Tral Island and in Cambodian waters by revolutionary troops.They commited their activities in Peam District, Russei Island, Tral Island, Kuk Sandek, Kra Muonsa, Road No. 22 and 13. These soldiers were mostly disguised as ordinary people so that they could spy on Cambodia in order to report to Vietnam. They intended to reside in Cambodia so that it was easy for them to spy on Cambodia to report to their country.
