Summary / Abstract :
Comrade Men Moningam [allegedly]was an agent of Pen Thoang An (KGB). He made a confession to reveal the traitorous actions committed by Pen Thoang An, who went to study in Russia and joined the KGB wi th Sieng Lay Ny. Then KGB agents aimed to infiltrate Cambodia's politics by playing an important role as people's representatives with the purpose of setting up an underground freedom movement. In 197 6, Pen Theang An went to Phnom Penh with Men Moningam to play a role in politics. Then, [Men Moningam]was arrested by Angkar.
