Summary / Abstract :
In 1962, Men Sokan, [allegedly]a student in Sisowath School, joined the CIA in 1962 and then propagadized people to love liberalism. In 1970, he spied on the revolution and reported to Chan Rainsy whe n he worked for animal production and veterinary science in Kirirum. In 1975, he was transferred by Angkar to Region 33, and encouraged people to demand the practices of the old regime, and he always objected to Angkar in meetings or conferences. In 1976, he went to live and work in the enterprise in Thmor Puok District where he had connections with the Deputy Chief of Water Purification. There, h e built up traitorous forces, destroyed manufacturing equipment and caused water problems in order to undermine Angkar's plan. On 24 March, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
