Ky, [allegedly]a spy for a Chief in Tuol Pheah Klang District, spied and seached for secret documents of Khmer Viet Minh. [Ky]also formed a spy group. In 1970, [Ky]joined the military in the Eastern Z one. In 1975, [Ky]worked in rubber shipping in the Eastern Zone. [Ky]made rubber workers hate the revoltuion and incited them to destroy rubber plantations, fresh and dried rubber. On 1 June, 1977, [V eng Ky]was arrested by Angkar.
