Summary / Abstract :

So Yom alias Rath, 25 years old, a pupil of Earp Khut High School, [allegedly]participated in the demonstration against the Khmer Rouge in Earp Khut High School. [Yom]investigated Khmer Rouge networks in the school. In 1975, [Yom]was evacuated to Sampao mountain. There, [Yom]inspired people to hate the Khmer Rouge and encouraged youth to escape. [Yom]opened fire at night confusing people with the act of the enemy. On 15 June, 1977, [Yom]was arrested by Angkar and imprisoned.
