Sou alais Suy was Under-Secretary of Region 4, who [allegedly]led 50 traitors to betray and conduct actions in all regions of the Northwest Zone. [Sou]spread propagandas among the New People and espec ially those who did not like the revolution and inspired them to destroy animals, to hide food supply, to incite conflict from collectives, and to criticize communal regimes. [Sou]also inspired and as signed children to steal vegetables or fruits, and executed Base People in the collective.
