Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1970, Sieng Pauy [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant in Region 1. In 1972, [Pauy]was taken to be educated by Sou, a Committee Chief in Region 4, to join the CIA assigned to transport pr operty in order to destroy Angkar's property. In 1973, [Pauy]was transferred to Kor Koh battle, then inspired movement of Free Youth, destroyed the revolution's forces, and inspired combatants to dese rt. In early 1976, when Angkar issued an order to clear off former high-ranking people, [Pauy]instead took good people to be killed. [Pauy]starved people, and encouraged people to move from village to village, causing disturbance in Angkar. On 20 September, 1977, [Pauy]was arrested by Angkar.
