Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Phan Chory started to serve the revolution and became a militiaman in Division 109 of Region 5. In the same year, he joined the Free Khmer and encouraged soldiers to abandon the line. He caus ed disputes among combatants and reported the location of the Khmer Rouge defense line the enemy to attack. In 1975-76, [Chory]informed the air force about Khmer Rouge bases so they could bombard them . [Chory]encouraged people to escape to Thailand and prolonged the transportation of equipment and goods that were to be given to the people. He destroyed agricultural equipment and sent messages to t he Thai to attack the revolution. In June, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
