In 1971, Iet Bun Ly [allegedly]joined the revolution as a Vice-Chief of Security Forces in Chak Sub-District. [Bun Ly]joined the White Khmer in 1972, and the CIA in 1976, and took actions against the revolution, making people in the units to get into conflict with Angkar, building up CIA forces in the unity, and destroying property, drugs, crops and ship machinery.
