In 1963, Pol Touch [allegedly]was a Khmer Fine Arts student. In 1967, [Touch]joined the Khmer Student Association. At that time, [Touch]propagandized and inspired students to dislike communist regimes , and inspired students to dislike the Khmer Student Association. In 1970, [Touch]held a demonstation against the North Vietnames Embassy, striking Viet Cong headquaters and Vietnamese people in Phnom Penh. After the liberation day in 1975, [Touch]was evacuated to Region 35, and then became educated to be afraid of being killed by Angkar. So, in 1977, [Touch]gathered other people to flee to Thaila nd with him. On the way to Thailand, [Pol Touch]was arrested by soldiers along National Road 4.
