Summary / Abstract :
In 1970, Meng Sakhan [allegedly]joined the CIA through Kong Kat, who was a messenger of Vietnam, in order to find out who opposed Vietnam. Afterwards, Sakhan went to live with Khoun, Odom, Vong, and R atana, who were the White Khmer leaders, and was ordered to keep track of Vietnamese and Khmer Rouge networks, and report plans to drop bombs. In 1974, [Meng Sakhan]became a Brigade combatant, and was ordered by Khoun, through Som Bo, to report jet fighters to drop bombs. [Meng Sakhan]then was arrested by Angkar and made reports to Khoun that Som Bo was a traitor. Then, Khoun issued orders to kill Som Bo for fear that Som Bo may confess and they would both be in danger, [Meng Sakhan]was later arrested by Angkar.
