Summary / Abstract :
|
Lee Chikheang [allegedly]joined the Komintang Party during 1968-1975 as a spy to keep track of Chinese servants and Chinese and Khmer workers. In 1975, [Lee Chikheang]was evacuated to Prek Thnout, whe re [he]continued tracking actions through the Komintang Party network to oppose the revolution when he was assigned by Angkar to work in a factory. In 1976, he was again sent by Angkar to make tools r epair a factory in Svay Rorlom, and then planned to hide grenades in reserve for throwing into a meeting being held in Russei Keo. But the hidden grenades were found and reported to Angkar by children , then he was arrested by Angkar on 19 March, 1978.
