Summary / Abstract :

In 1974, Seap Kry joined the revolution as a messenger for a commune chief. In 1974, he joined the Workers' Party, then he betrayed the revolution. He inspired combatants to desert the defense line, a nd to destroy military property. After liberation day in 1975, he exerted his power to insult combatants and encourage them to be lazy at work and to steal property, exaggerate information about the p arty's line, and even incited conflict between people and Angkar. He was later arrested by Angkar.
