Summary / Abstract :
|
Kuy Kim Suor spied on the Khmer Rouge, formed a CIA group and inspired people to hate communism from 1960. In 1975, he propagandized against collectivsm and encouraged people to abstruct the economic development of the Khmer Rouge, by destroying rice, plantations and killing cattle. [Suor]continued to commit betrayal until the day he was arrested.
