Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1969, San Pa [allegedly]joined the CIA. In 1971, [Pa]infiltrated the revolution as a combatant in the revolution Kampong Svay District in Region 329. In 1973, [Pa]was a commander in Northern Zone. [Pa]then educated combatants to oppose the revolution, inspired people to hate the revolution and secretly attack cadres and youths, and reported to enemy planes to drop bombs on the defense line. In 1975, [Pa]was moved to be a Commercial Chief in charge of a warehouse. At that time, [Pa]started conducting actions such as secretly killing cadres [Pa]met with, inciting combatants to get into confli ct with cadres, and arranged a plan to destroy factories, and hospitals. [Sun Pa]was later arrested by Angkar.
