Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1965, Koy Thuon alias Khuon was a secretary in the Northern Zone. After 1970, [Thuon]contacted Vietnamese forces coming to Cambodia to help fight against the republican regime. Before 1970, [Thuon] was a CIA agent in Seoung Ngoc Thanh's line. [Thuon]was led by Hang Thun Hak to build up CIA forces in the Northern Zone in order to prepare military forces to take over positions. [Thuon]also assigne d traitorous soldiers to infiltrate the Vietnamese military, expelled Vietnamese soldiers from the country, contacted traitorous lines in Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom and Siem Reap, and gathered guerril las to counter-attack the revolution.
