Summary / Abstract :
Tep Bunthy was a spy for police in Kampong Speu Province. [Tep Bunthy's]assignment was to spread propaganda among students to make them hate the Khmer Rouge and love Sihanouk. [Tep Bunthy]gave leaflet s to students and spread insulting leaflets about the Khmer Rouge. In 1970, [Bunthy]contacted students who opposed the revolution and built up CIA forces among students, held demonstations and made a petition condemming the revolution for shelling the city, and closing schools. In 1975, [Bunthy]was sent to Region 5, provoked conflict, destroyed crops, encouraged combatants and people to escape to Thailand, and got in touch with In Tam in order to attack the revolution. On 15 July, 1977, [Bunthy]was arrested by Angkar.
