Summary / Abstract :
|
Kong Sambok [allegedly]joined the revolution as a Chief of Militias in Region 7. [Sambok]started to conduct actions against Khmer Rouge, then reported to enemies to evacuate people and shot combatants dead. After the liberation day in 1975, [Sambok]moved to Regiment 40, then contacted In Tam soldiers, supplied rice to soldiers, fired guns along the border, encouraged people to escape to Thailand, and let In Tam soldiers aim their guns at military position in Region 5. On 15 September, 1977, [Kong Sambok]was arrested by Angkar.
