Combatant Soeum Kan, [allegedly]joined the revolution on 12 April, 1973,as a combatants in Division 120, Kampong Cham Province. Later, Kan served the Workers' Party, inspiring people to hate the revol ution and support the Vietnamese. He destroyed agricultural equipment and rice. He prepared the plan to poison combatants by using poisonous food. he continued his traitorous activities until the day he was arrested by Angkar.
