Summary / Abstract :

Chum Phal [allegedly]was a Secretary of workers and peasants syndicate, which was led by two anti-Khmer Rouge, Mann Tengson and Huot Heap. During his work in the syndicate, he inspired workers to hate the Khmer Rouge, not ot work hard and to destroy property and machinery in order to prevent the Khmer Rouge's development. [Phal]ordered people to commit these traitorous activities until [Phal]and [ Phal's]people were arrested. Note: The factory was in Phnom Penh.
