Summary / Abstract :

In 1969, Sum Sameoun [allegedly]joined the revolution, but served a CIA group against the Khmer Rouge. During 1970-77, Sameoun, alias Rom, formed a CIA group destroying plantations, machinery, and ele ctric wire. [Sameoun]attacked cars which transport ammunition. On 2 October, 1977, [Sum Samoeun]was arrested by Angkar.
