Summary / Abstract :

In 1969, Pen Ham [allegedly]was entrusted with a plan by an unknown king to be a secret commando to keep track of people who were involved with the Khmer Rouge. In 1970, [Ham]recieved a plan from the king to attack a Khmer Rouge camp. In 1971, [Pen Ham]joined the CIA as a Militia Chief Prey Kmeng Sub-District, propagandized people to desert the military line, reported planes to drop bombs, and bui lt up traitorous forces. In 1975, [Pen Ham]was moved to Kampong Saom, undertook actions such as damaging ship materials, and hiding food supplies in reserve for a coup d'état. [Ham]was arrested on 27 April, 1977, by Angkar.
