Summary / Abstract :

In 1968, Touch Heng joined the Free Khmers, led by In Tam. His assignment was to spy on and oppose the revolution in Zone 22. [Touch Heng]later became a secret agent against the revolution as a cadre in Srey Santhor District. Through a person named Tom, [Touch Heng]became a CIA agent, overseeing the Commercial Sector in Zone 22 during 1971-72. During 1975-76, in complicity with Hou Yun, he built u p the number of CIA agents so as to defame the revolutionary party in front of Chinese guests. [Touch Heng]also made plots against the party. He stockpiled products until they became spoiled.
