Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Chea Bav [allegedly]served the Vietnamese as a Vietnamese soldier. During 1971-74, [Bav]was a Khmer Rouge military cadre in Company 61, Division 12, in Region 25. [Bav]formed a party against the Khmer Rouge and persuaded Khmer Rouge soldiers to defect, which was an obstacle to the Khmer Rouge attack on Phnom Penh. [Bav]killed high-ranking cadres and combatants in Division 12. [Bav]was arr ested for his traitorous acts.
