Summary / Abstract :

In 1967, Lam Viry, who had gone to Russia in 1965, [allegedly]joined KGB. In 1968, [Viry]had a meeting with Hak Seang Layny discussing how to send their men to Cambodia to spread Russian culture. In 1 970, [Viry]infiltrated Renakse Kampuchea in Russia in an attempt to find out about the Cambodian situation. In 1971, [Viry]recieved a plan to contact the Ouk Sok and Heng Pich networks in Cambodia, to find out about Renakse members and the real leaders of Cambodia. On 10 October, 1976, [Lam Viry]was arrested by Angkar.
