Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1971, Ut On, [allegedly]a combatant, joined the Free Khmer, and started to build up Free Khmer forces among military forces. [Ut On]made contact with the Vietnamese to ask for weapons to support th e revolution in October, 1975. In 1975, [Ut On]poisoned combatants and cadres who objected to going along with the traitorous clique, and killed the party's armed forces who withdrew weapons from thei r side. After a series of poisonings, [Ut On]was arrested by Angkar on 10 December, 1976.
