Summary / Abstract :
|
Comrade Chheng Kay [allegedly]spied on Angkar in Battambang from 1963 to 1970. In 1970 he infiltrated the revolution and worked in the Economic Sector of Region 5. He seached for the places where sold iers lived or the rice was stored. [Kay]evacuated people to inundated forest in order to get them to oppose the revolution. After the liberation in 1975, he asked the Thai to help attack the revolutio n in 1976 and to supply the weapons. He asked for immigration rights to Thailand, in case his plan failed.
