Summary / Abstract :
In 1968, Tim Sen alias Sit [allegedly]joined the Vietnam Workers' Party and encouraged the revolutionary people to help the Vietnamese to build up their military forces. In 1972, [Sen]incited people t o demonstrate against the revolutionary leaders, but [Sen]arrested and killed many of the demonstrators. After the liberation in 1975, [Sen]was promoted to Chief Secretary of District 18, Zone 25. Add itionally, [Sen]also made trouble in collectives, destroyed supplies, forced people to overwork and did not follow Angkar's plan. On March 1, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
