Summary / Abstract :

Sin Chhuon [allegedly]was a former soldier in Pol Pot's military unit in region 24, in 1970. In his activities, he got in touch with Vietnamese and a Russian named You Chhit to ask for assistance such as war devices, cloths, gun-powders, and medical drugs to be reserved for coup d'état against Pol Pot. He also made a report on the number of Pol Pot's soldiers to Vietnam. Until in September 1976, h e was arrested by Pol Pot.
