Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Sieng entered the revolution and transported food supplies in the Economic Office, Region 24. [Sieng]started traitorous activities in 1975, by inspiring soldiers to illegally love each other, in an attempt to cause difficulties for Angkar. [Sieng]built up forces in the region. During 1976-77, [Sieng]came to Prek Phnaov and destroyed plantations and factories, spread gossip about inadequat e rations, provided by Angkar, in order to create a bad situation in the factories.
