Summary / Abstract :
Uk Chhoeung, a spy of his own father, was a messenger carrying messages related to plans and activities against the revolution, which inspired combatants to fool around and persuaded youth to joint th e army fighting the Khmer Rouge. In 1970, [Chhoeung]propagandized against the revolution and reported about the revolution bases to the air force to bombard the places. After the liberation in 1975, [ Chhoeung]encouraged residents to escape to Thailand. [Chhoeung]freed prisoners in Thmor Pouk, burned out rambutan plantation in Pailin, hid weapon and troops in Cardomon mountains and contacted the Th ai to attack the revolution. On 2 October, 1977, [Uk Chhoeung]was arrested by Angkar.
