In 1951, Bun Kong [allegedly]was a Free Khmer in Kampong Mea District, and he later got in touch with Phuong, Sok, and Sot in the Ministry of Information in order to conduct actions against the revolu tion. In 1958, he joined the CIA and infiltrated the revolution to keep track of the revolution's activities and gather combatants and take them to enemy's lines. In 1970, he was educated by Tom to op pose collectives, he then gathered property to deposit in the collective, and made people dissatified with Angkar. After 1975, he was a Secretary for Pea Raing District, where he inspired people to fe el dissatified with the party, did not solve people's problems, and destroyed gun-powders, irrigation dams, rice and animals. On 2 June, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
