Summary / Abstract :

During 1970-75, Chor Thean, Secretary of Region 4, was indoctrinated by Touch to use all kinds of manoeuvers to resist the attack of the revolution in the battlefield, to create happiness in the north , to send infiltrators among the authorities of Prey Chhor District to form traitorous troops and to frighten inhabitants about the massacres by Angkar in an attempt to make them escape to the forest. After the liberation in 1975, Touch led a plan for a coup d'état, which would be conducted by troops in the east and aimed to kill high-ranking officials in Phnom Penh. They hid troops and sent their infiltrators into each part.
