Chreng San was a combatant in Regiment 778 in Zone 42. [Chreng San]built up many traitorous forces and took the lead in taking actions such as burning a rubber factory, carrying rice for the White Khm er, encouraging youth not to join the revolution, killing 5 cadres by food poisoning, and shooting. [Chreng San's]actions took place in Phnom Penh and had a plan to destroy factories and kill many oth er cadres.
