Summary / Abstract :

In 1974, Oeung Sophat [allegedly]had joined the revolution, a combatant in Region 25, betrayed the revolution and propagandized against the reputation of the Khmer Rouge, in an attempt to make people hate the Khmer Rouge cadres. [Sophat]hid weapons and killed anyone who opposed party. [Sophat]was arrested while committing traitorous plans.
