Hin Han, soldier of municipal commerce, confessed that in 1973, Seng inserted Oeun, deputy chief of 50-cell, Phnom Penh commerce, into Free Khmer at Siem Reap [province]. In April 1975, Oeun introduced Hin Han to join Free Khmer whose works was to release Eng, second lieutenant, to burn down petroleum warehouse at Phsar Chas market, to kill 4 drivers, and to often cut telephone network.
ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ សេងបានបញ្ចូល អឿន ជាខ្មែរសេរី នៅសៀមរៀប។ ក្រោយមក នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ខែ ៤ អឿនបានឃោសនាវា«ហ៊ិន ហាន»ចូលខ្មែរសេរីដែរ ហើយធ្វើសកម្មភាពដោះលែងទាហានសក្ដិ ១ នាក់ ឈ្មោះ អេង បន្ទាប់មក ដុតឃ្លាំងសាំងផ្សារចាស់ សំលាប់អ្នកបើកឡាន ៤ នាក់ ហើយបានកាត់ខ្សែទូរស័ព្ទជាញឹកញាប់។
