Hin Han, soldier of Phnom Penh state commerce, confessed that in July 1975, Oeun led Lim to join the CIA, and Lim attended the meeting twice time with Oeun in order to encourage him to build up traitorous forces.
ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មភ្នំពេញ បានិយាយថា នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ អឿន បាននាំលីមចូលខ្មែសេរី ហើយ លីម បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំក្បត់ ២ ដង ជាមួយ អឿន អោយជំរុញការកសាងកម្លាំង។
