Hin Han, soldier of municipal commerce confessed that Thuy joined Free Khmer at Siem Reap province in January 1975 by Kauy, deputy chief of regiment 317, division 1. In May 1976, Thuy arranged a traitorous meeting at the north of Kampong Som market. The purpose of the meeting was that to assign traitorous network to destroy gasoline warehouse and hospital.
ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បាននិយាយថាៈ ធុយ ចូលខ្មែរសេរីនៅខេត្ដសៀមរាបក្នុងខែ១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដែលមានអ្នក នាំចូលឈ្មោះ កូយ អនុវរសេនាធំ៣១៧ កងពលទី១។ ខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ធុយ ដឹកនាំប្រជុំក្បត់ខាងជើងផ្សារកំពង់សោម ផែនការក្បត់គឺវាយកមេ្ទចឃ្លាំងសាំង និងកមេ្ទចមន្ទីរពេទ្យ។
