Division sized Vietnamese units had attacked five arcas along their border but that been repulsed. Thai and western Intelligance sources say there has been an increase in the flow of weapons sent to Cambodia by its major backer, China, and report the movement of Vietnamese war planes from northern Vietnam to south.
