Summary / Abstract :

The break between Cambodia and Vietnam is believed to have condemned about 5000 men who helped the communist to seize power in Cambodia. There is evidence that by March the Phnom Penh regime was in danger of clasing control of some rich rice producing provinces in the northwest.
