Heang Voeun confessed that among White Khmer network in his group, a top leader' s name was Phon, hiding himself in a forest. He did not clearly know Phon's activities. There were 3 people called Men, Thon, and Chhan, who had ranking position after Phon. Heang Voeun was chief of White Khmer network structure. Besides, there were the confessions of Phon, Mon, Thom, and Chann.
ហ៊ាង វឿន បាននិយាយថា កុ្នងចំណោមខ្មែរសនៅកុ្នងក្រុមរបស់ខ្លួន មេធំជាងគេឈ្មោះ ផុន នៅកុ្នងព្រៃ។ ចំពោះសកម្មភាពរបស់ ផុន ខ្លួនមិនបានដឹងទេ។ មនុស្សបន្ទាប់ពី ផុន មានគ្នា ៣ នាក់ ឈ្មោះ មុីន, ធំ និង ចាន់។ រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធខ្សែរយៈឈ្មោះ ហ៊ាង វឿន។ ប្រវត្ដិរូបរបស់ឈ្មោះ ផុន, ម៉ុន, ធំ និង ចាន់។
