In its latest propaganda blast Cambodia appears to have rejected an offer of immediate cease-fire made by Vietnam on 5 February 1978. Although Vietnam's mouth calls for negociations and utters sweet words, the fact is that Vietnam continues to infiltrate repeatedly and commit barbarous aggression against Vietnam cannot trick international opinion.
