Summary / Abstract :

The border road between Ta Prava and Buriram has been out by Khmer Rouge backed Thai communist guerrillas. As one refugee official told now they are killing the cousins of cousins of Lon Nol soldiers. There are indication of both Civilian and military problem in the northwest some soldier are being brought back from the border defence area and put to work in the fields where they can be watched.
