On November 16, 1973, maybe 200 Khmer Communist armed forces came to stay in Rum Chek and Ro Hong villages, deployed one 12,7mm machine gun at UU
573-933, to open fire on National Aircrafts. They dug trenches to Raid National Army who were come to liberate villagers in the region. កាលពីថ្ងៃ ៦-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានចូលមករាយគ្នានៅភូមិរំចេក និងភូមិរហុង ជាពិសេសខ្មាំងបានតាំងកាំភ្លើងយន្ដទំហំ១២,៧មម ១ដើម ត្រង់ចំណុច អ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៥៧៣-៩៣៣ ដើម្បីចាំបាញ់យន្ដហោះជាតិ។ ខ្មាំងនេះបាន ជីកលេណ្ឌដ្ឋានយ៉ាងមាំក្នុងគោលបំណងចាំស្ទាក់វាយប្រហារកងទ័ព ជាតិដែលឡើងទៅរំដោះអ្នកស្រុកនៅតំបន់ក្បែរនោះ។
