On February 08, 1972, at the house of the cadre Chief of Kray Krak village at VT 653-455, Snom Krapae sub-district, Kong Pisey district, a meeting was held with 50 enemies in attendance. When the meeting was over, they retreated to Chan Svay forest, East of Prey Nub at VT 636-443, Moha Russei sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ នៅផ្ទះរបស់ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាភិបាល ឈ្មោះ សួស នៅភូមិត្រាយត្រក ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៦៥៣-៤៥៥ ឃុំស្នំក្រពើ ស្រុកគងពិសី បានធ្វើការជួបជុំគ្នាមួយដែលមានសមាសភាព៥០នាក់ ចូលរួមក្នុងការប្រជុំនោះ។ ក្រោយពីការប្រជុំចប់ពួកខ្មាំងទាំងនោះ បានដកថយទៅក្នុងព្រះច័ន្ទស្វាយខាងកើតភូមិព្រៃទំនប់ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៦៣៦-៤៤៣ ឃុំមហាឬស្សី ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺវិញ។
