On November 28, 1973, about 500 Khmer Communist armed forces with two 82mm mortars and a large of rifles had stayed at VT 414-682, at wooder bridge. About 4 Battalions of Khmer Communist deployed a long the adge of Prek Tnaot stream at VT 403-654 and the enemies were about to smash National Army base at VT 408-643, located in the West of Banteay Chbaman and Kruos pagoda, Phnom Sruoch district in the near future.
នៅថ្ងៃ ២៨-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃជាពិសេសកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់៨២មម ២ដើម បាន មកស្នាក់នៅស្ពានឈើត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៤១៤-៦៨២។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយ និស្ដប្រហែល៤កងអនុសេនាធំ បានរាយគ្នាស្នាក់នៅតាមមាត់ស្ទឹង ព្រែកត្នោត ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៤០៣-៦៥៤។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះ មានបំណងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិនៅខាងលិចបន្ទាយច្បារមន និងវត្ដគ្រួស ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៤០៨-៦៤៣ ស្រុកភំ្នស្រួច ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។
